Whether that may be improving your self-worth, managing stress, regulating emotions, improving your relationships or finding respite, this is your space. As a therapist, I have experience working with clients experiencing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, BPD, Bipolar Disorder, family/relationship conflict, childhood trauma, and reduced self-worth. I use an individualized approach to fit each client's needs, drawing from therapeutic treatments such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, Strength-Based Therapy and Mindfulness. Alongside the treatments above, I am trained in providing ESA Letters for those who may benefit from incorporating their animal as a part of treatment! At times it can be tough to put ourselves first, however it is never too late to start! I work with clients from adolescence through adulthood, and couples. I also work exclusively using TeleHealth (video sessions). This is a great option for those with busy work schedules, parenting demands, time constraints, health conditions and travel expenses.
