At Mind You Wellness, I offer psychiatric care that is rooted in honesty, cultural awareness, and whole-person healing. I believe in treating the whole person. This may include medications and supplements, boundary work, lifestyle changes, and intentional conversations about what safety, rest, and joy look like for you. I use straightforward communication because clarity builds trust—and because I respect your time and your process. As a provider, I create space for clients to tell the truth about how they're feeling, even when it’s uncomfortable.
