Hello, my name is Sakina, I am a couples, family, and individual therapist in the Denver metro area. I received my master's degree from the University of Colorado Denver, Master of Arts in Counseling, Couples and Family Therapy. My approach to therapy is through a relational lens; I believe the relationships we have with others and ourselves can be truly healing when nourished. I strive to support you through identifying unhealthy practices and beliefs that hold limitations in your relationships, in hopes to a more fulfilling life.
