Introduction

I specialize in helping people overcome issues with depression, anxiety, worry, negativity, and/or addictions. Often genetics, childhood and adult trauma, stressful relationships, insomnia, diet and general self-care can be contributing factors. Talking with a licensed psychologist can help you with such dilemmas and in gaining a new perspective on life. My goal is to help explore new ways to handle such roadblocks and to live a full and enjoyable life. I am a licensed psychologist. I have practiced for over 30 years. I have worked with a wide range of adults, teenagers, couples, and families with varying ethnicities and cultural backgrounds. I work with people with the simplest to the most complex psychological issues. My approach is pragmatic. I seek to help you to examine your past and/or present to determine possible underlying causes. We can then explore new solutions to help you adapt to a happier lifestyle. Such solutions can include changing your perspective, trying new behaviors, and exploring other alternatives.
