Research shows it's never too late to repair our nervous systems and improve the quality of our lives. My goal is to not just help heal trauma triggers, but retrain mind & body for a new sense of safety, connection, and well-being. I'm passionate about how the power of therapy can restore lives in vibrant ways. My focus is developmental trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and healing from abuse and abandonment. I enjoy supporting couples and families, as well as individuals. Together, we create a plan, using a blend of proven practices that best fits each unique client. I use body-based work, including vagal toning, as well as DBT, IFS, EFT and other trauma-informed modalities.
