Welcome to Sam Beckmann Mental Health! Sam is an EMDR-certified Therapist and Consultant and works primarily with individuals and couples struggling with: trauma, eating disorders, life changes, and anxiety. She provides an open space for individuals and couples to navigate life challenges and process their struggles. Sam Beckmann Mental Health is client-centered and trauma-informed. Sam wants to help people to feel more connected to their authentic selves. Services include: Individual therapy, couples therapy (WA & OR) $175 Supervision for LICSWAs & CSWAs (WA & OR) $100 EMDR consultation (worldwide) $100 Therapy billing: In-network with Kaiser, limited sliding scale spots. Coming soon: Cigna, Aetna, Moda, Humana Med Ad, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Optum. Credit/ Debit as well as FSA/ HSA accepted. Superbills provided upon request. Supervision & consultation billing: Paypal Outside of work, Sam enjoys hiking with her family and dog, traveling, listening to the latest audiobook or podcast, and sipping coffee in a local coffee shop. She grew up in Washington and graduated with her MSW at Baylor University in Texas. After working in the Dallas area, she returned to the PNW in 2016. She is looking forward to beginning this journey with you!
