With 10 years of counseling experience, I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that includes a blend of insight-oriented talk therapy, CBT, trauma-informed care, and experiential techniques such as Brainspotting, and IFS-informed therapy. Whether you're navigating relational challenges, communication barriers, life transitions, compulsivity issues, trauma, or mental health hurdles like anxiety and depression, I focus on creating a non-judgmental environment for you to work through challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. My goal is to help individuals connect with their inner wisdom to create lasting and meaningful change for themselves and their loved ones.
