Hey, my name is Sam! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and received my training from California State University, Fresno. I founded Hope Rises Counseling and Consultation in 2022 to offer mental health services within California via HIPAA Compliant EHR systems. "Hope Rises" comes from the idea of never giving up on yourself. There is always hope, sometimes it's hard to find but with some guidance and self-understanding, my goal is to help you find your hope along the way.
