Hey, my name is Sam! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and received my training from California State University, Fresno. I founded Hope Rises Family Counseling in 2022 to offer mental health services within California via HIPAA Compliant EHR systems. "Hope Rises" comes from the idea of never giving up on yourself.
