Together, we will work to explore how your past or current experiences and behaviors have impacted your thoughts (that inner critic), feelings (how they show up and how you can learn to accept and manage them with compassion), and behaviors (how you respond to different events and what you stop or start to do as a result). My aim is to support you in understanding yourself at your core. We'll build new ways to cope in challenging moments, make sense of past experiences or current behaviors, and check into everyday routines.
