I'm glad you're here! I'm Samantha Bray, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Texas, specializing in the treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. With over a decade of experience, I utilize many evidence-based methods, with kindness and compassion at the core of my skill set. I offer telehealth therapy to the entire states of Texas and Oregon. Additionally, I provide OCD strategy coaching sessions, mindfulness and meditation guidance, and OCD education to people across the globe. I combine an evidence-based approach with insight and intuition. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), the 'gold standard' for OCD treatment, with Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and mindfulness practices. I am also a certified insight meditation teacher. Compassion-Focused Therapy is central to my work, fostering an empathetic and supportive environment.
