I received a B.S. Psychology from The University of Scranton in 2019 and a M.S. Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health (CACREP-accredited) from Nova Southeastern University in 2021. I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am passionate about changing the stigma of mental health and practicing mind-body wellness through an integrative approach. I work with adolescents, parents, families, and adults. I utilize CBT, DBT, person-centered, solution focused and trauma informed techniques, specializing in anxiety, depression, goal setting, behavior problems, early childhood trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, conflict, anger management, and substance use. Clients can expect to be challenged and supported as they process difficulty thoughts and feelings in efforts to achieve personal goals. My approach to psychotherapy is empowering clients while supporting them processing unresolved trauma impacting unhealthy decision making, familial conflict, and low self-esteem.
