My counseling journey began in Brazil in 2005 and expanded to the US in 2021. As a therapist with over 10 years of counseling experience, I offer counseling services to adolescents, adults, and families, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. My experiences include providing services for Anxiety, Grief, Chronic Pain, and Depression, with an approach rooted in Solution-Focused techniques, ensuring that you never feel alone or judged. I also have experience in Christian Counseling, working with couples for marriage and pre-marriage counseling using the Gottman Method and with families, using a Family Systematic Approach. Additionally, I have significant expertise in helping individuals navigate grief related to miscarriage, parenting and facilitating forgiveness in marriage counseling.
