Sam uses a compassionate and holistic relational approach in her work with individuals, couples, and families to manage the difficulties of chronic illness, disability, medical trauma, and faith or spiritual transitions and crises. She works to balance her clients’ the strengths and life experiences to create a realistic path to reach their individual and relationship goals. Through collaborative exploration and evidence-based interventions, Sam supports clients for coping, adaptation, and maintaining a sense of well-being, meeting clients where they are at to help them develop strategies to manage and overcome their current challenges and build confidence, vulnerability, and resilience.
