My therapeutic framework includes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Solution Focused and Family/Marital therapy. My personal life experiences has given me the unique ability to work with individuals, couples and families who are adjusting to our new normal. I specialize in people experiencing stress and anxiety, as well as ADHD. I also specialize in couples/individuals that are struggling with infertility, PPA, PPD and coping with pregnancy loss. Each phase and change in life brings uncertainties and difficulties we may not be equipped to deal with. Alternatively, staying stagnant can be uncomfortable too. I strive to build authentic connections in order to achieve a healthier and happier you. Counseling is a process and I believe each journey is different.
