Hi, I'm Samantha. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I have over 10 years of experience as a school-based mental health counselor working with teens and young adults. I offer individual counseling for teens and adults seeking support with a variety of mental health concerns and life challenges. I also have a strong passion for helping mothers struggling with difficulties during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. The individuals I work with are often seeking help for anxiety, stress, and depression while others are looking for guidance on how to cope with everyday stressors, challenging relationships, or adjusting to major life transitions. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be unapologetically you. Our sessions will empower you to explore your concerns, learn how manage them, and create opportunities to move forward to feel better. Together, we will manage overwhelming stress, overcome unexpected changes, and dial down those big emotions. As your counselor, I'm dedicated to offering unwavering support and genuine understanding. When we meet, we'll navigate through the peaks and valleys life can bring and ultimately pave the way for a brighter, more fulfilling future. If I seem like a good fit for you, don't hesitate to reach out when you're ready.
