I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a background in intensive family therapy, individual therapy, public policy, and advocacy. I have always been passionate about coaching and supporting women and parents at all stages of their lives. Since becoming a parent and since experiencing postpartum anxiety firsthand, I have been eager to strengthen the conversation about maternal, perinatal and reproductive mental health in my own community. The journey from pre-conception to parenthood is not linear and can feel isolating and confusing. This journey does not be to be done in isolation. I believe therapy at all stages of the way to becoming a parent is critical. My goal is to establish a safe environment to have open, honest, and non-judgemental conversations that support all experiences with pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, partnership, and self-care.
