Introduction

I know that finding the right counselor can feel overwhelming, especially when you're just starting out. To help you take the first step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to determine if we’re a good fit. I work best with clients who want to understand why we do the things we do. I enjoy working collaboratively and creating a space that feels compassionate and calm. I truly believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives, and sometimes all we need is a sounding board or a safe place to process and heal. I use Internal Family Systems and EMDR in therapy. IFS helps explore different parts of yourself-it gives us language for what is happening internally. EMDR processes past experiences that cause distress or unwanted thoughts & feelings- it helps soothe our nervous system. I am currently accepting new clients- feel free to reach out with any questions!
