We help BIPOC women break cycles, set boundaries, and prioritize themselves—without the guilt Our counselors work with those that identify as woman from ages 18-60. We specialize in trauma-informed cognitive behavior therapy, person-center therapy, and family systems. Currently at this time our office only provides telehealth/ virtual therapy to adults and families in Texas, Georgia, and Florida. We focus on making changes and celebrating successes. Our diverse backgrounds has equipped us with the tools necessary to help you overcome the obstacles that you or someone you love may be facing.
