Throughout sessions, together, we can recognize counterproductive thought patterns, nurture inner strength, and learn new coping strategies. I believe only you are the expert of your life and experiences. You already encompass the answers to your concerns and worries. Therapy will be an avenue to dig deeper within yourself and discover those answers and solutions. Asking for help can be intimidating and overwhelming.
