Introduction

Hello! For 20 years I have been providing psychotherapy services in central Florida communities. With our expansion of services available through tele-therapy, I now serve all Florida, the state of New Jersey, where I was born and raised, Tennessee, and North Carolina where I now reside. I specialize (and am certified) in the treatment of eating disorders, from severe anorexia and bulimia to binge eating disorder, including emotional eating, body dissatisfaction, and food addiction. This means that I treat clients for most mental health disorders and relationship issues AND have extensive experience in my specialty area. (clients age 18+) I recently added training in ART - Accelerated Resolution Therapy - to help my clients get rapid relief from past trauma and clear the way to the healing they deserve. I provide supervision and education for therapists, dietitians, and yoga teachers.
