I enjoy connecting and walking alongside individuals and couples to help begin the healing process. Together we can develop a new patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, new ways to manage relationships, and overcome trauma. I have been privileged to work with people from a variety of backgrounds while consistently providing compassionate, non-judgmental therapy. I have experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, various responses to traumatic events as well as substance use. I am EMDR certified and a trauma informed therapist. I am Gottman trained for couples therapy. I am a Certified Brain Health coach through the Amen Clinics. I can provide spiritual integration with all forms of therapy. I am seeing people in person in my office in Pensacola, FL. I have 18 years experience working mental health and substance abuse.
