Introduction

I am happy to be able to serve anyone who resides in the state of SC. I am now also happy to offer telehealth therapy to FL residents. My ideal client is an individual that is motivated to make positive change in their life. I enjoy working with clients who may be dealing with loss, grief, life transitions, depression and anxiety. I work with my clients to identify their vision of the future, and set small goals to work towards that future. I am willing to work with clients from every background and value their lived experiences and what they contribute to the therapeutic process. I believe in treating a person holistically, incorporating their mind, body, and spirit into treatment. I prefer a more humanistic counseling approach, one that emphasizes active listening and empathy, interpersonal growth, and self-awareness. I believe that my role is to guide people towards their goals and walk with them on their personal journey. I am available via Telehealth or In-person. I encourage you to contact me, preferably by e-mail to ask any questions you may have about seeking therapy. I want to ensure that my clients understand the therapeutic process to ensure it is a good fit for their personal goals.
