I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Progressive Counting. You will learn skills to help you navigate through life. I use mindfulness as a basis for our sessions and build on self-compassion exercises to begin healing.
