Welcome! I have been a psychologist for over 20 years and specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy. The goal is to help my clients manage their day-to-day life by working through their anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issue or just their normal life stressors. I believe in working as a team and providing an empathic, non-judgement approach. Therapy is a process and takes work but the growth one can have by developing coping skills is an accomplishment in itself.
