Life brings many changing seasons that present new challenges and struggles. Throughout the seasons of life, you can find meaning and hope. People who decide to reach out and seek to find meaning and hope are courageous. It can be difficult to be honest and look at your life's path; however, I am continually amazed at each client's strength and desire for freedom in their life. I thoroughly enjoy providing additional support that can meet each client's needs. Currently I work with adult clients who are going through religious and spiritual struggles, often related to suffering, that are interested in trauma and attachment focused, somatic based therapeutic support. If you are interested in working with me via Telehealth and live in Michigan or Virginia, please send me an email. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, strengths-based, and trauma informed. I view this as a collaborative relationship to help foster healing and discover new growth. I am a co-author of the book, The Courage to Suffer. I encourage you to check it out on Amazon, your local bookstore, if you would like to learn more about my approach.
