I strive to help my clients cope with everyday challenges they may be facing. By utilizing various therapeutic techniques, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I provide a safe and emphatic environment to help my clients achieve a more joyful and tranquil life. In addition, I am trained in the Gottman Methods approach to aid couples in building and increasing a bond to create better understanding, communication, and empathy in the relationship.
