Welcome! I'm Sara, founder of Alternate Roots Therapy & Consultation Services. I work with people of all ages and primarily focus on trauma-informed care using tools suchas EMDR and IFS. I am dually licensed, meaning I work with people struggling in substance abuse recovery as well as mental health. You can book an appointment with me using the scheduler--a FREE 15 min consultation to talk about how we can work together, or a 60 minute session--your choice of virtual or in person. Alternate Roots is a celebration project for having over 10 years experience in the field. Over time, the goal is to continue offering therapy, but also to facilitate fun events and activities to continue building a sense of community. stay tuned..!
