Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you as you heal, grow, and build a life that feels fulfilling and authentic. As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I don’t focus on ‘fixing’ but on celebrating and harnessing your strengths. Whether you are navigating ADHD, autism, or executive function challenges, we’ll work together to create strategies that will fit your brain- not the other way around. For clients navigating trauma, anxiety, or other mental health challenges I provide a structured yet flexible approach that helps clients find coping skills that work for them while working through the root of their struggles with self-compassion. When working with clients who struggle with people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries, I help them find their voice and build self-trust. I help couples bridge communication gaps and build a secure relationship. I welcome LGBTQIA+, poly, kinky, and other non-traditional relationship structures. I practice from a Health At Every Size perspective. I take a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and somatic techniques. Therapy is a collaborative process and I tailor each session to help you meet your goals and needs. Together, we will explore what healing looks like for you and create strategies that fit your life. In my practice you can expect a judgment-free space to explore your inner world and experience emotions that were once unsafe to feel. I invite my clients to be vulnerable as I hold their experiences with care, and encourage growth to explore new ways of being. Sessions are available for both individuals and couples (18+) in-person at 8010 State Line Rd in Prairie Village KS, and virtually for Kansas residents. I accept Aetna insurance and private pay. I’m happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable. Sessions are typically 50 minutes weekly or biweekly, I also offer flexible scheduling options to fit your needs. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I’d love to connect and see how I can support you. If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to schedule a free consultation linked below.
