Introduction

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner world, navigate challenges, and grow into the most authentic version of yourself. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, or relationship difficulties, I'm here to walk beside you with compassion and clarity. You deserve to feel understood, valued, and empowered—and therapy can be a powerful part of that process. THERAPY SERVICES Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, Executive Function Challenges) I support neurodivergent clients in building strategies that work with their brains—not against them. Together, we’ll address challenges like executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, masking, and burnout while celebrating your strengths. Trauma and Complex Trauma I offer a safe space to process trauma, including complex and sexual trauma, using somatic and mindfulness-based practices that support healing, regulation, and a renewed sense of safety. Anxiety and Stress We’ll explore the roots of your anxiety and develop tools to manage it. I’ll help you quiet your inner critic, reduce overwhelm, and feel more grounded and calm in daily life. Relationship Challenges and Communication Therapy can help improve connection, communication, and conflict resolution. I support individuals and couples in building healthier, more authentic relationships. Identity Exploration and Life Transitions I provide space to explore identity, values, and life changes with curiosity and care—whether you're navigating grief, career shifts, or personal growth. People-Pleasing, Boundaries, and Self-Trust Learn to set boundaries, honor your needs, and trust yourself. We’ll work to shift people-pleasing habits and build more authentic relationships. Substance Use and Coping Mechanisms I offer nonjudgmental support to explore substance use and develop healthier ways to cope with pain, stress, or trauma. Sexual Violence and Recovery I help survivors of sexual trauma heal at their own pace. We’ll build safety, self-trust, and empowerment—without pressure or shame. Inclusive and Affirming Therapy I affirm LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink communities. I offer a judgment-free space where all bodies and identities are respected and valued. WHAT TO EXPECT IN THERAPY A Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered Approach Therapy is not about me telling you what to do—it’s about collaboration. I honor your expertise in your own life and meet you where you are. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, reflection, and tools that are tailored to your goals, values, and pace. Every session is shaped around your unique needs and lived experiences. Integrated Techniques and Tools I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic therapy, and mindfulness practices. These approaches help us explore not only your thoughts and emotions but also how they live in your body. We might use movement, grounding techniques, visualization, or creative practices—depending on what feels helpful and supportive for you. A Safe, Judgment-Free Space You don’t have to perform or hold it all together in therapy. This is a space where you can be vulnerable, messy, curious, or confused—and still feel accepted. I offer a warm, validating presence combined with direct feedback and a healthy dose of humor when appropriate. ABOUT ME I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling and a focus in Mental Health. I work with adults—both individuals and couples—who are navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, relationships, and identity exploration. Before becoming a therapist, I worked with individuals with brain injuries and interned at MOCSA, supporting survivors of sexual violence. These experiences deeply shaped my understanding of trauma and the importance of individualized care. As a neurodivergent person myself, I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t quite fit the mold. Growing up in a small town gave me a deep drive to understand people, learn from different cultures, and stay curious about the world and myself. Becoming a therapist has been an act of self-trust—learning how to hold space for others’ most tender experiences while continuing my own growth. I also teach yoga and use somatic practices in my work, which are especially supportive for clients navigating trauma, dissociation, or anxiety. I value mindfulness, integrity, nature, and showing up for others with care. Outside of therapy, I love hiking with my dog, roller skating, practicing yoga, crafting, and enjoying movies. MY VISION I’m passionate about building a practice that supports people navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, and major life changes. I want my clients to stop apologizing for who they are, to feel confident in their decisions, and to trust themselves deeply. LET’S CONNECT You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported—and I would be honored to be part of your healing process. If what you’ve read resonates with you, I’d love to connect and see how I can help you move toward a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and fulfilling. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be a brave, beautiful step toward becoming who you truly are.
