Introduction

Are you struggling to move through the pain of infertility, pregnancy loss, or the death of an infant or young child? Are you finding it difficult to bond with your baby? Does a traumatic birth or early separation from your baby cause distressing or intrusive thoughts? So many people experience the pain of the loss of identity, relationship, hopes, and dreams related to difficult reproductive choices, events, and challenges. So may of them do so in isolation. You don't have to. I want to meet you in the middle of your journey through caregiver experiences with babies and young children birth to age five who are here, were here, or are wished for. ____________________________________________________________________ I am a Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Psychologist and former teacher. I am currently an Integrated Behavioral Health Psychologist in Primary Care and the Manager of Infant, Pediatric, and OBGYN Mental Health within a large, metropolitan hospital system. After graduating with my Doctorate in Psychology, I completed my Postdoctoral Fellowship with the Irving Harris Program in Child Development and Infant Mental Health at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Children's Hospital Colorado. I am Infant Mental Health endorsed as a Clinical Mentor and Postpartum Support International trained. In addition to providing telehealth therapeutic services in my Colorado, I am PSYPACT licensed offering me the opportunity to offer therapy services in 40 states. I also offer individual and group Reflective Supervision and Consultation for licensed therapists across the United States. ____________________________________________________________________ Whether you are grieving, planning, or adjusting, I am here to walk with you through this part of your journey. I will meet you in the middle... truly, meeting you in the middle of your parent-child relationships - just as you are right now. Schedule a no-cost 15 minute consultation to learn more. I look forward to meeting you! The Middle Counseling and Reflective S/C is private pay to offer a higher level of privacy and confidentiality. I also use a "Pay What It's Worth" fee model. This means that clients pay the minimum rate for their sessions, but also have the opportunity to pay what they believe the sessions are worth. Any additional amount above your $200 investment in yourself goes toward offering low-cost mental health services for traditionally marginalized communities.
