Sara uses the following therapy approaches: Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Clinician, Master ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) therapist, Play Therapy, and Neurofeedback using qEEG (Brain Mapping) to develop a protocol based on your specific needs. Neurofeedback is direct training of the brain so that it learns to function more efficiently without medication.
