I'm Sara Miller (She/Her/Hers) and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist as well as a registered art therapist. I have been in the counseling field for over 15 years working with various clients. I work primarily with older children, tweens, teens, and adults. I also have a special place in my heart working with mamas at all different stages of motherhood including pregnancy, postpartum, working mamas, stay at home mamas, and of course, empty nest mamas. I also enjoy supporting parents with challenging tweens and teens, and young adults whether that be behavioral issues, newly diagnosed mental health issues, and other life issues that may arise. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, suicidal ideation, cutting, and mood disorders. Website: www.saramillerLMFT.com
