I find meaning in providing non-judgmental support to individuals while they move through difficult life experiences and ultimately find fulfillment in their lives. I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches with a focus on building a trusting and safe environment from which to engage in powerful, transformative work. I value a collaborative and respectful relationship, as I believe that you are the expert on yourself. My aim is to offer specific skills that help shift your relationship to difficult thoughts and feelings, as well as provide opportunities to develop insight into what’s keeping you stuck, all with humor and humility. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults. I received my undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University, graduating cum laude, and my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco. I trained at an American Psychological Association accredited internship program, completed over 5,000 clinical hours during graduate school, and earned my license after passing both national and state licensing examinations.
