Introduction

I work with individuals who have done the initial work of processing trauma and are now looking to take the next step. This is often referred to as Post-Traumatic Growth(PTG). Reach out to me if you are curious about what your life can look and feel like when freed from the limiting stories of your past trauma. We will work together to tap the wisdom of your body, heart and mind toward a full and authentic life. We reference the past only enough to address its impact on the present. My practice is guided a by a commitment to social justice and an anti-oppression framework.
