About Me My name is Sara Unger, LPCC-S. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University. My clinical practice focuses on working with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. I specialize in: Sports Assessments ADHD Assessments Empowerment & Resilience Training Sports Performance Counseling LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy ADHD Management and Support Couple’s Counseling Parent Coaching I also offer Psychological Skills Training to sports organizations, helping athletes regulate performance anxiety, build confidence, and enhance team dynamics. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy cheering for Cleveland sports teams, traveling, and pursuing my passion for lifelong learning as an MBA student at Ohio University.
