I’m a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience helping people move forward from difficult life experiences by enhancing trust and intimacy in their relationships. I take an active, collaborative approach that is grounded in heart, humility, and evidence-based practice. Our work will restore trust in yourself, and ease with those most important to you. I developed my approach to trauma recovery and relationship repair during my twelve years of clinical practice, providing evidence-based treatments at the University of California San Francisco’s Department of Psychiatry. I began my career at UCSF in 2012 specializing in working with infants, toddlers and their parents, and proceeded to work with families across the lifespan at the UCSF Whole Family Therapy Program from 2016 - 2024.
