My name is Sarah Eckstein, Ph.D. I am a licensed psychologist in private practice who loves to work with folx struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and maladaptive relational patterns. I tend to utilize acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, polyvagal-informed interventions, and an interpersonal style. My clients have expressed appreciation for my warmth, attunement, and sense of humor. I enjoy working with people of all genders and sexual orientations! Kink positive. I also perform disability evaluations and psychological evaluations. I am only offering telehealth services at this time. I am licensed in Oregon and Washington.
