My name is Sarah Edwards and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Harmony 360 Counseling. I have a little over 8 years of experience in leading small groups of women who are adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse through their healing process. This type of abuse causes secondary symptoms that stem from it, such as anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, and destructive perspectives of love. I love helping women find their freedom from this type of abuse. I believe that every individual is unique and their struggles are also unique, which is why my approach with clients will be based on what each person needs in that moment, whether it is a strengths-based, trauma-focused, solution-focused, or cognitive-behavioral approach. My heart and passion is to offer a safe, compassionate, and inviting environment with each individual that comes through the door.
