Introduction

Hello! My name is Sarah and I’m a therapist who works with adults using a psychodynamic approach (looking at how the past effects the present), while also being mindful of the intersection of thoughts and feelings (CBT & DBT) to allow for relief from emotional pain. I work with individuals who want to improve their relationships, further explore themselves and the roles they play in their world, women’s issues, and individuals with adjustment disorders and/or complex trauma from current and past stressors in their lives. Additionally, I offer Neurofeedback training. Neurofeedback is drug-free, non-invasive treatment option that trains people to regulate their brain wave activity. Decades of research have shown that neurofeedback can be used as an effective treatment for many mental and developmental disorders including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety and depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder. It may also help people with mild traumatic brain injury, insomnia, migraines, trauma and addiction If this sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out, and I look forward to speaking!
