Hi, I’m Sarah. If you’re here, you might be looking for some support. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by depression, struggling with anxiety, trying to have a baby, or feeling challenged by the one(s) you have, I’m here to help. I offer collaborative, evidence-based therapy for adults 18 and up. My specialties include anxiety, depression, reproductive mental health (such as infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum issues), grief (including miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss), and parenting children with special needs. I’m also trained in sex therapy and comfortable discussing this sensitive topic. I use a personalized approach that may include techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My clients would describe me as warm, kind, and down-to-earth, and I think that there is often space for laughter in the therapy room.
