Hi! I am Sarah Garcia, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I help individuals heal from trauma, navigate significant life challenges, and connect to their most authentic selves. My approach to healing is integrative, collaborative and warm. My goal is to create a space that feels safe and supportive while we explore any negative beliefs or experiences that may be holding you back from living your most fulfilling life. My hope is that after each therapy session you will feel a little stronger, more capable and more compassionate toward yourself.   ​ I provide in person therapy at my office in Carlsbad, CA as well as virtual therapy to clients anywhere within the state of California.   ​
