Introduction

As an LMFTA I have a passion for exploring problems systemically. That means I view each client within the context of the world around them. I love working with people experiencing life transitions, including divorce or loss, forming new step families, co-parenting, or struggling with parenting concerns. In therapy sessions I take a trans-generational approach, meaning that I want to help you learn about the potential patterns of behavior that exist within you, and within your family of origin and your family of choice. I believe understanding these patterns of behavior helps us to better understand how we communicate with others and interact with the world around us. Understanding why we interact in certain ways empowers us to make different choices, and choose different, healthier paths.
