Introduction

Do you feel stuck? Are you looking for resources to help you overcome anxiety, depression, social issues, anger, trauma, grief, or loneliness? Do you feel like your emotions take over or that you struggle with self doubt or self worth. I want to help you to have a safe place to process, be equipped, identify and obtain your goals. I enjoy working with teens and adults of all ages. I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from USC and a Masters of Theology from Fuller. I have over 15 years of experience serving children, youth, and adults. I provide a safe space to process and a strength-based approach that examines what’s working for you and what needs adjusting. I utilize CBT as well as attachment and systems based therapies. In your first session, we will explore what brought you into therapy and learn a little bit about your family of origin and social supports. We will create goals that will help you see change right away as well as explore thought patterns that impact your view of the world and your relationships. I also offer EMDR for trauma processing.
