Introduction

Let's be honest...sometimes anxiety can make you feel stuck! You don't have to figure it out alone, I can teach you skills to manage your anxiety & fears. Do you feel like life is too overwhelming or all of your strategies just aren't working anymore? Do you or someone in your family have trouble managing their emotions, coping with stress, or just seem lost? Have you noticed your child is more anxious, irritable, or withdrawn? Or is anxiety causing chaos in your family? I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, phobias, and OCD and am licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. I am trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and use a mixture of cognitive behavior therapy & acceptance commitment therapy in my treatment. If you are a parent of a child who refuses to engage in therapy or would like additional support, I am trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). SPACE was developed by Dr. Lebovitz from Yale and is a parent-based approach, focusing only on the parents, and has been found just as effective as child-focused treatment. I have over a decade of experience in treating anxiety disorders & OCD. I use a direct, concrete treatment approach that is warm and supportive. Together, I can teach you how to start living the life you want to live again and put you fear and anxiety in the back seat!
