LMSW Renee Bradford Garcia
Specialties: Grief, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Child or Adolescent,

Introduction

Being human is complicated! Whether you find yourself in one of life’s most challenging, lonely, and painful places or are looking for internal and relational growth, I would love to partner with you to identify and build on your strengths so that you can thrive. Some of my areas of practice include (but are not limited to) grief and loss, parenting, anxiety and depression, narcissistic abuse, identity, LGBTQIA+, family of origin issues, women’s issues, relationships, and life transitions. I am open to seeing people of all ages--children, teens, and adults. I use methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness techniques, self-compassion, boundary work and play therapy to partner with my clients in achieving their self-determined goals. I am currently working toward my clinical social work license (LCSW), and I am being supervised by Renee Garcia, LCSW-S. Renee has 27 years of experience in psychotherapy and counseling, and her professional oversight is of great benefit to the clients I see. Because I cannot accept insurance at this time, I am offering services at a reduced rate. Whatever you are facing, I genuinely believe that hope and healing are available. If you're looking for someone to assist you on your growth and healing journey, let’s chat to see if I could be of service. If I am not a good fit, I will do my best to refer you to someone who can help.
