Sarah attained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is working toward her doctorate in Psychology. As a fully licensed professional counselor (LPC), Sarah utilizes her work experience and time in academia to help bridge the divide among the psychological, counseling, and medical communities. Sarah focuses her research on early intervention for mood and personality disorders as she works toward her Ph.D. Sarah's style is warm, accepting, straight forward, and non-judgmental. She uses evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions such as cognitive challenging and restructuring, psychoeducation, normalization, CBT, and DBT. She works with her clients on their identified goals including improving their quality of life and collaborating with their unique strengths in ways most beneficial for their needs. Sarah supports clients with ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood, and personality disorders in all phases of life.
