If you are ready to examine your life (including the ugly and uncomfortable parts) in order to feel more capable of affecting positive change in your life, I am ready to guide you and cheer you on! I enjoy building a sense of empowerment and resilience in my clients, so they can better weather the inevitable storms of life. I have extensive experience working with clients unpacking trauma, and am EMDR trained. I primarily utilize a CBT perspective to help you learn how small changes in perspective can lead to large positive emotional outcomes. I offer free 15-20 min consultations in order to assess compatibility and make sure we are going to be a successful team.
