I work with individuals navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach draws mainly from CBT and Attachment-Based Therapy. I'm certified in EMDR and Prepare/Enrich, and for those interested, I also offer faith integration in the therapeutic process.
