Introduction

I enjoy working with individuals who are open and ready for support and change. My experience includes working with several different mental health issues including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar, trauma, anger, and many more as well as all different types of life challenges. My goal is to help my clients develop, and live, a life they are happy and proud of. From issues related to stress, sleep, or lifestyle challenges to more severe mental illness I will work with you on finding what helps you reach your goals. I am EMDR certified which is the leading treatment for trauma. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014. I have experience working with mental health issues from mild to severe. I have been working in private practice for the past 5 years. If you are looking for support and change in your life, I am happy to help you with this journey.
