Introduction

Hi I’m Sarah, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern. I know that taking the step to come to therapy requires vulnerability and trust on your part, which is why I strive to create a safe and validating space to take this journey in. Every person brings their own unique set of challenges, strengths, and past experiences to therapy. There is no “one size fits all” solution, which is why I incorporate elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness into my work with individuals. Life is hard. It can leave us running from the past, terrified of the future, and feeling stuck in the overwhelming uncertainty of it all. I would be honored to walk with you as you explore and define your own story.
