Introduction

I enjoy working with women, teens, and families in addressing issues such as communication techniques, relationship dysfunctions, sexual abuse, trauma, dissociation, recovering from grief and loss, parenting skills and understanding childhood development, as well as daily life issues such as decreasing stress and anxiety. I use a multi-modality approach to therapy which combines the Psychodynamic, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution-focused approaches along with an emphasis on the spiritual aspect of our lives in which Creator God is invited into each session as a guide and source of comfort and healing.
